  Sunrise Advisory has become member of the European Petroleum Negotiators Group. Normally some eighty to one hundred representatives attend the regular meetings. Representatives come from France, Holland, Spain, Italy, Germany, Norway and Denmark, as well as from most of the energy companies with offices in the UK.

  Oranje-Nassau Energie B.V. (ONE) is divesting its non-operated interest in the giant Buzzard oil field and the Golden Eagle Area Development (GEAD) on the UKCS with FirstEnergy Capital LLP as its financial advisor and Sunrise Advisory as its co-advisor providing technical advice and hosting virtual and physical data rooms.
  
  The remaining recoverable resources net to ONE’s interest in Buzzard and GEAD are in a range of up to 5 MMbbls. Production net to ONE from the Buzzard oil field is approximately 1000 bopd. The divestment portfolio also includes exploration acreage adjacent to the GEAD blocks.
